For its 7th edition, VivaTech has definitely proven it has become one of the leading tech events on an international scale. With more visitors (150k) than Las Vegas CES, VivaTech is demonstrating that TECH is now a global topic for any industry: from retail to industry, from agriculture to health, from mobility to beauty... More than 11k startups were exhibiting. Tech is changing the world, boosted by the pace of startups and digital giants, the financing of VCs, and the support of digitalized leading brands. Tech is moving from R&D to core business for many companies with profitable use cases powered by AI, data, drones, blockchain, VR, sensors, cloud, IOT,... AI and Generative AI were definitely the big winners this year with a tsunami of innovations ranging from content creation to data mining, customer support via smarter chatbot or text to coding. Sustainability was clearly everywhere with many innovations created by the coming regulation around CSR. Tech is a global challenge. The visitors from 174 countries illustrated that innovation will be the key issue for business, customers and citizens in the coming years!
